overall decent stay
friendly staff helpful staff excellent location vegetarian choice bedside lamp room lamp
the staff were very friendly and helpful they definitely knew what they were doing the room and bathroom were both large. i also liked that the location is excellent it is easy to get around and see places. i spoke to all the staff and they were very pleasant and helpful
i found the lack of choice for vegetarians in the restaurant a bit of a letdown. there wasn't a bedside lamp in my room so it was either full lights or nothing it became a problem.

The staff welcomed me with open arms. The team was customer-focused. Magda mixed a nice Black Russian cocktail. She shined .
The room felt a bit chilly. An additional blanket or increased heating would have been welcomed. It would have helped.

paid parking bad water handling
The location was ok. The staff booked our restaurant for us off site. It was very kind of them.
Paying for parking when there is plenty of space is. well, it happened. The whole hotel ran out of water (not their fault, I GUESS), but it was handled badly. I think a complimentary bottle of water would have been nice since i couldn't shower.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!
wide variety attentive staff clean room large bathroom
The breakfast was AMAZING! I enjoyed the wide variety of choices available. The staff were attentive, especially in the restaurant during the evening meals. The room was VERY clean, with fresh linens daily. I especially appreciated the large bathroom.

The hotel is close to local family , made visiting easy. I REALLY enjoyed the village setting, and it created a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Access to local amenities was simple.

My standard double room included almost blackout curtains. These curtains helped me sleep soundly.. ensuring i was not disturbed by outside light. A powerful shower plus a separate bath was a HUGE bonus.

The hotel offers a patio area where guests can relax, chat, and enjoy a drink. I found the patio area a VERY nice place to unwind. The restaurant provided excellent breakfast and dinner options.

dirty carpet faulty lock
The room had a few issues, nothing major, but still noticeable. there was only one bedside table. Imagine that! i had to move the sofa to compensate, and under it? a carpet that clearly missed its last cleaning appointment. it was like a museum of dust and debris. Disgusting! the door lock was also a pain. I needed reception's help every time because i kept getting locked out!

i had a standard twin room. the room was clean with good lighting. the bed linen felt good. the bathroom was big. i like the parking arrangement, it was easy.
